Description
Space management represents one of the most complex and decisive challenges in orthodontics.
This specialized course is designed to guide orthodontists through a critical and comparative analysis of two worlds — the digital realm of aligners and the traditional use of brackets — with the goal of mastering both approaches and integrating them into a single, modern clinical strategy.
Through theoretical lectures, digital simulations, and discussion of real clinical cases, participants will explore biomechanical and clinical strategies for space control in various situations: from dental crowding to diastemas, up to complex cases that require hybrid combinations of techniques.
The program is designed to provide practical tools that can be applied immediately in clinical practice, while also encouraging critical reflection on treatment planning — when to choose aligners, when to prefer brackets, and most importantly, how to harness the potential of both synergistically.
