Service Recipients

Use of our corporate website is intended exclusively for adults; individuals under the age of 18 may not register on the site, purchase products, or use our services.

Data Processing Location

Your personal data will be processed by the Controller or our Data Processors within the European Union. Should it become necessary for technical and/or operational reasons to rely on parties located outside the EU, we will adopt the necessary safeguards to ensure the same level of protection provided by EU Regulation 679/2016.

The web servers supporting our websites are provided by Aruba S.p.A. and are located in their data center in Arezzo, Italy. For corporate email functions, we use a proprietary platform also hosted at Aruba’s data center in Arezzo. To send newsletters, we use the MailUp provider.

Currently, only certain processing related to tools using third-party cookies is carried out outside the EU. For further information, please refer to our cookie policy.

Retention Period

Your personal data will be kept for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, without prejudice to any additional retention periods required by law.

For data collected on the basis of your optional consent, it will be retained no longer than necessary to achieve the relevant purposes, or until consent is withdrawn, which you may do simply and directly at any time.

Your Rights

EU Regulation 679/2016 grants you the rights described in Articles 15 and following, in particular the right to obtain:
